Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Mellina purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You can request a return or refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. In these cases you don't need to send anything back, and we cover all costs.

How to Start a Return
1. Email mellinaonline0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before you receive them.
3. For some lower-priced items we may approve your refund without requiring a return.

Return Shipping
• If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover everything.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds
Once your return is approved (or received, when a return is required), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
Want a different color or a different product? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund under the policy above.

Cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Warranty
