This website is operated by Mellina ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site and purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Limited Warranty
Electrical styling and scalp-care devices sold by Mellina carry a six (6) month warranty from the date of delivery. Non-electrical items (towels, wraps, bonnets, brushes, combs and other accessories) are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee and are not covered by this limited warranty.
What is covered. Defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal, household use.
What is not covered.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic marks, scratches, discoloration, and loosened or missing decorative stones.
- Gradual reduction in rechargeable battery capacity, which is normal for all rechargeable devices. Battery defects are covered for six (6) months from delivery.
- Damage from misuse, dropping, liquid exposure, use with a non-compliant charger, unauthorized repair or modification, or use other than normal personal use.
- Products purchased from anyone other than Mellina.
What we will do. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.
How to make a claim. Email mellinaonline0@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the issue. We will respond within 3 business days with next steps. Proof of purchase from Mellina is required. Do not return a product before contacting us.
Legal rights. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
General Product Disclaimer
All products sold by Mellina are personal-care and cosmetic tools intended for general cosmetic and relaxation purposes only. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including (without limitation) hair loss, alopecia, or any scalp or skin condition.
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific result.
Health & Safety Notice

- Read and follow the instructions included with each product before use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, or any adverse reaction, and consult a physician.
- For electrical products: do not use while sleeping, do not use a damaged device or damaged cable, do not immerse non-waterproof devices in water, and always use the supplied charger or a compliant charger.
- Devices with built-in lithium batteries must be carried in hand luggage when flying, not in checked baggage. Check your airline's current rules before you travel.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and that use of the products is at your own discretion and risk, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
