Mellina started with one question: why does hair that looks salon-fresh require a $400 luxury tool?

We looked at what was out there. On one end, cheap drugstore tools that damage your hair and break after three months. On the other, luxury brands with waitlists and price tags that put them out of reach for most people.

The technology that makes expensive tools work, like ceramic plates, ionic airflow, and precise heat control, is not exclusive to luxury brands. It is available. We decided to use it, price it fairly, and sell it directly to you, usually for a fraction of what those luxury brands charge.

Every product in the Mellina range is tested against one standard: does it give you the result you would get at a salon, at home, today? If not, it does not make the cut.
