Most stores selling hair tools online will never tell you who is behind them. I would rather start there.
My name is Linoy. Mellina is not a team, an office or a warehouse full of staff. It is one person choosing every product, writing every description on this site, and answering every email that comes in.
I came to this from law, not from beauty. That background shaped how I run it more than anything else: I read the spec sheet before I believe the marketing, I check what a supplier actually ships before I list it, and I do not put a claim on this site that I cannot stand behind.
That is also why you will not find before-and-after photos here, or reviews from customers who do not exist. Plenty of stores in this category use both. I decided early that I would rather grow slower than sell you something on a promise I made up.
Why these tools
The technology that makes a $400 styling tool work is not a secret. Ceramic plates, controlled heat, cordless batteries that actually hold a charge. It exists, it is manufactured at scale, and it does not need a luxury markup attached to it.
Every tool in this range had to pass the same test before I listed it: does it do the job at home, today, without damaging your hair? The ones that did not make it are not on this site. There were more of those than I expected.
Shipping
Orders ship from a U.S. warehouse. Most arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and I tell you on the product page if a specific item takes longer.
If it goes wrong
30 days to return it and a 1 year warranty. You email me, I answer. There is no ticket queue to get lost in.
If something here is unclear, or you are not sure which tool suits your hair type, write to me before you buy. I would rather spend ten minutes helping you pick the right one than process a return.
