All MELLINA hair styling tools come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Malfunctioning heating elements
• Electrical failures under normal use
• Manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear (cord fraying, cosmetic scratches)
• Damage from using incorrect voltage

How to Claim Your Warranty

2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
3. Attach a photo or video of the defect
4. We'll review your claim within 48 hours
5. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you
