What's Covered

All MELLINA electrical hair styling and scalp-care devices come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal, household use, including battery defects. Non-electrical items (towels, wraps, bonnets, brushes and combs) are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee instead.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, discoloration and loosened decorative stones
• Gradual reduction in rechargeable battery capacity, which is normal for all rechargeable devices
• Damage from using a non-compliant charger or incorrect voltage
• Products purchased from anyone other than Mellina

How to Claim Your Warranty

• Email us at mellinaonline0@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue
• Attach a photo or short video showing the defect
• We'll review your claim within 3 business days
• If approved, we'll repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price, at our option and at no cost to you
