All MELLINA hair styling tools come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects present at the time of shipment, such as:

• Defects in materials or workmanship identifiable within normal use
• Manufacturing defects affecting the device's basic function

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear (cord fraying, cosmetic scratches)
• Damage from using incorrect voltage or non-approved accessories
• Heating element or electrical issues that develop after 30 days of use and are not traceable to a manufacturing defect

For any issue reported within the first 30 days of delivery, we offer a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked. For issues reported after 30 days, we'll review the claim to confirm it qualifies as a manufacturing defect before approving a replacement.
