Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, in unused or gently used condition, with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at mellinaonline0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In those cases we cover the return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
