We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mellina purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or user error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
