We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times and Costs

• Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days, $4.99
• Free standard shipping on orders over $69

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mellina is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

FTC Mail Order Rule

In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, we will ship your order within the timeframe stated above, or within 30 days. If we cannot ship within this time, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
